Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Namiri piece.
If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email hello@namirico.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

Returned in its original packaging (box, pouch, and tags)

Complete if sold as a pair
All returned pieces are carefully inspected before a refund is issued.
Exclusions

Made-to-order, customised, or engraved items are final sale.

Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Shipping & Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or requires re-polishing, a small handling fee (up to £20) may be deducted from your refund to cover restoration costs.

Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged.
For international returns, clearly mark the shipment as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value.”
Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged to us due to incorrect labelling will be deducted from the refund.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Any import VAT or customs duties paid by you upon receiving your order are collected by your local customs authority and are non-refundable by Namiri.
If you return your order, you may be eligible to reclaim these charges directly from your local customs office or courier.
They’ll usually require proof of import (original courier invoice), proof of export (return tracking), and proof of refund from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email update.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different piece, please return your original order for a refund and place a new one.

UK Customers: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
