Free Shipping & Delivery Costs
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £250 and free international shipping on orders over £400.
For orders below these thresholds:

Customs Duties & Import Fees
All UK prices include VAT — what you see is what you pay.
All international orders ship from the UK.
Depending on your country’s import regulations, customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the cost of return shipping and any related import fees will be deducted from the refund amount in accordance with our Returns Policy.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–4 business days.
Made-to-order pieces may require additional time, as indicated on each product page.
Please allow extra time during holidays, promotional periods, or unforeseen delays such as customs clearance or severe weather.
Estimated delivery times (Tracked & Signed):

While we do our best to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
If you’ve changed your mind, you may cancel your order within 12 hours of receiving your confirmation email by contacting hello@namirico.com.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Order Details & Tracking
If you created an account, your order details will appear there.
Otherwise, confirmation and tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.
You can track your order using the link provided in the email or directly on the carrier’s website.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot take responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’re happy to update your address (provided the destination country remains the same).
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes or rerouting are not possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled and becomes the responsibility of the recipient.
While we cannot refund or replace items after delivery confirmation, we’ll gladly assist you in filing a claim with the courier where possible.
